QD410 : Synthesis of new derivatives of 1،2،3-triazoles using C-C bond coupling

Abstarct: Abstract: In recent years, 1,2,3-triazoles have received much attention because these compounds are widely used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and dyes. Also, these compounds have many biological properties, including antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-allergic and anti-HIV. In this research, 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles by click reaction of aromatic azides with 3-iodopropyn2-yn-1-ol in the presence of copper (Ӏ) catalyst in magnetized water was synthesized, then new derivatives of 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazole were prepared from the reaction of synthesized triazoles with terminal alkynes (Sonogashira reaction) and boronic acid derivatives (Suzuki reaction).
